Who operates this site

KubeIntellect is an open-source research project created and maintained by Mohsen Seyedkazemi Ardebili. There is no company entity behind the project, and this website exists to document the software and its peer-reviewed research.

What we collect

This website collects nothing about you itself. It is a set of static pages: there are no forms that post to a server, no accounts, and no scripts that send data anywhere.

• Email: if you write to the maintainer — directly or with the contact page, which only opens your own mail app with the message filled in — we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include.
• Hosting logs: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub records standard web-server data such as visitor IP addresses for security and operations, under the GitHub Privacy Statement. We do not receive or use these logs to profile visitors.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or product-telemetry scripts run on this site — there is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no session recording.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No account is created for you, and no password is stored.
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

How email is handled

Email you send reaches the maintainer's mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace, and is not copied into any separate database or marketing platform. Google acts as the mail provider and processes the message under its own terms.

We use your email address only to reply to you. We do not add you to a newsletter.

The kube_q CLI and your own cluster

The kube_q CLI is a client: it sends your questions to the KubeIntellect server you point it at and shows the answers.

To use KubeIntellect, you run the KubeIntellect server yourself. A self-hosted server runs under your control: it sends your queries and the cluster evidence needed to answer them to the language-model endpoint you configure (and to any tracing service you enable), not to us. KubeIntellect is read-only by default, refuses to read Kubernetes Secrets in its default configuration, and pauses for your explicit approval before making any change to a cluster.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep things

Email you send is retained in the maintainer's mailbox until you ask for deletion. GitHub retains its hosting logs according to its own retention policy.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise any of these by emailing mohsen@mskazemi.com, and you also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.

Our lawful basis for handling an email you send is your consent, given by sending it, and our legitimate interest in replying. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Because the project is actively developed, we expect it to evolve.
