Who operates this site

KubeIntellect is an open-source research project created and maintained by Mohsen Seyedkazemi Ardebili. The project is pre-commercial: there is no company entity behind it, and this website exists to document the software and its peer-reviewed research.

For any privacy question, or to request deletion of your data, contact support@kubeintellect.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the sign-up form on this site. Nothing else about you is gathered as you browse.

• Sign-up form: your email address (required), and optionally your name, company, cluster size, and message.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard web-server data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL. These are operational logs we do not use to profile visitors.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or product-telemetry scripts run on this site — there is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no session recording.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No account is created for you, and no password is stored.
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

How your sign-up data is handled

When you submit the form, the contents are sent directly to the maintainer as an email over Gmail's SMTP service and are not written to any separate database or marketing platform. Google acts as the mail provider in this step and processes the message under its own terms.

We use your email only to reply to you and to tell you about KubeIntellect availability. We do not add you to an unrelated newsletter.

The live demo

The demo on this site connects a terminal in your browser to a shared demonstration Kubernetes cluster that we run. It does not connect to any cluster of yours, and you are asked to consent before it starts.

Anything you type into the demo is sent to the KubeIntellect backend so it can answer, and is processed by the underlying large-language-model provider. Treat the demo as a public environment: do not paste credentials, tokens, customer data, or anything else confidential into it.

Your cluster data when you run the CLI

The kube_q CLI runs on your own machine against your own cluster. Queries you make and the cluster evidence needed to answer them are sent to the KubeIntellect backend and to the language-model provider for processing. KubeIntellect is read-only by default and pauses for your explicit approval before making any change to a cluster.

We do not copy your cluster inventory into a persistent store for our own analysis, and the CLI does not read Kubernetes Secrets.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The demo stores your consent choice in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again on every visit. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep things

Sign-up emails are retained in the maintainer's mailbox until you ask for deletion. Hosting-provider server logs are retained according to that provider's standard retention period.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise any of these by emailing support@kubeintellect.com, and you also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.

Our lawful basis for handling your sign-up details is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Because the project is pre-commercial and actively developed, we expect it to evolve.
